GIE Cibao Immortals (LDC) signed Dominican Republic 189cm shooting guard Victor Torres. It marks his return to Santiago, where he previously played. Torres began the season with the Georgia Panthers for the 2026 United Cup of Champions. In his four games, he averaged 14.8ppg, 4.0rpg, and 3.5apg. He helped the Panthers win their first Cup Championship in Puerto Plata

He has played previously for four other Dominican Republic teams: CDP Domingo Paulino Santiago, Plaza, Santiago Max, and Mambas. Torres won the United Cup championship title in 2026. He was voted the Latinbasket.com All-United Cup Guard of the Year in 2026.
